Our Story

Painting with Purpose Charity was born from a calling to create safe, intentional spaces where healing, awareness, and connection can flourish through creativity. Our mission is to bring survivors and communities together through meaningful experiences that foster hope, understanding, and support.

Founded by sexual assault survivor, advocate, philanthropist, and artist Jaylynn James, Painting with Purpose Charity reflects her commitment to honoring survivors, fostering connection, and creating opportunities for healing through creative expression.

Upcoming Events

Painting with Purpose hosted a community gathering for Sexual Assault Awareness Month that honored and celebrated survivors while creating space for healing through creative expression. The event encouraged open conversations about consent, prevention, and support, and helped raise awareness of the resources available to survivors and their loved ones. People connected with advocates, explored ways to strengthen community care, and contributed to the ongoing support provided by LiveSafe Resources. It was a meaningful, uplifting space that centered survivors, highlighted resilience, and reinforced the power of community showing up with intention and compassion.

At our Charity Event, we created a safe space for survivors to connect, heal, and build community.
